HOT DOG CAFÉ™ Cart or Wors Stand

The classic HOT DOG CAFÉ™ Cart is based on the original American version with subtle changes to allow more versatility in the harsh South African conditions. Carts require minimal floor space. It is an ultra-hygienic, fully insulated, 100% stainless steel unit that is appealing and well branded. Each Cart is fully equipped. A Giant Fibreglass Man is available on request to further increase awareness of the Cart site and drive impulse sales.

200 Hot dogs can be prepared from a fully stocked cart per day without having to re-stock.

The HOT DOG CAFÉ™ wors stand was introduced to allow for a truly South African flavour – the Wors Roll. The Braai runs on gas and comes with a branded gazebo or Kiosk. The Braai is available in two sizes. The Braai is meant to compliment either the stand alone Cart or the E-Diner.

Both the Cart and the Braai are available for franchising in either of the following option:

The License Option: • The franchisee source their own finance. • The franchisee may employ staff to operate the cart. • The franchisor retains ownership of the assets for the term of the agreement.	The Owner/Operator Option: • Up to 100% finance can be arranged by HOT DOG CAFÉ™ for Previously Disadvantaged Individuals . • The cart MUST be owner operated at least 85% of trading hours . • The franchisee owns the assets.
