Return Policy

You may return items within 5 days of purchase, subject to the following:

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, you may only return unopened products that have stayed frozen.

You will bear the cost of the return and subsequent shipping will be deducted from any refund amount.

The product(s) have to be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition it was received.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

A handling fee of 5% will be deducted from any refund amount.

No refunds on Sale items.
