Storage and Cooking Instructions
KEEP FROZEN, DEFROST IN THE REFRIGERATOR, ONCE OPENDED KEEP REFRIGERATED AND CONSUME WITHIN 24 HOURS. Heating instructions - Core temperature of product must reach 72°C. Product must be removed from packaging before heating. Defrost in the chiller, remove the sausages form the bag and place in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes.
